Hi everyone,

I have a couple of questions again. I received a death certificate from New
York. It mentioned City Hospital, New York city, borough, Manhattan. Does
anyone have an address on this hospital, and is it still there? Is it
possible to get information from them on a patient, since she died there in
1945?

I am not sure of this,it is hard to read, but the cemetery listed, eithe a W
or N.Goin. J. Cemetery. Funeral Director Fred W. E. Eangel, address 315 E.
83 St. Does anyone know of this cemetary or the funeral home? I know it is
not spelled right but it is the best I can figure out.

I would appreciate any ideas and help.
