I have just joined this list and I hope I have joined the correct list seeing as there were so many lists mentioned on John Fuller's website I did not know which to join.

I am looking for a record of Burial or Death for my gg grandfather, Ludwig KILZ.
He was born 20 April 1869 in Sekitsch, Yugoslavia (or spelt Sekic).
I think I found him at Ellis Island as arriving in USA 20 May 1905.
He died of homesickness (my Grandmother told me this) sometime roughly between his arrival in USA and 1915. He had a daughter born in Yugoslavia in 1903 (my greatgrandmother).
He lived in Brooklyn, USA.
I gather he was buried around the Brooklyn area and probably was not taken back to Yugoslavia for Burial.
If anyone can help me out with a record of death or burial or even a census entry it would be great.
