The Hamburg departure record (a different document than the US arrival
record) may provide the locality of origin. Do you know for sure that
Leopold Bloch, age 13, is indeed your great-grandfather and not someone else
by the same name?
If your great-grandfather became a US citizen after Sept 1906, his
naturalization record would indicate his place of origin. However, your GGF
likely became a citizen under the old law when locality was not recorded.
Your GGF's tombstone might have his place of origin noted.
