Marilyn, some of the FHL info is correct IF it has been copied from an
official record. Other info is only as good as the person's research that
submitted the 'data'

Why don't you write to the proper office in OH and ask if they have a
marriage record for ? and ?, give as near a date as you can, enclose a
SASE, and ask how much the charge will be for a copy.
I doubt that you need a certified copy.
