Groton is in Tompkins County, not Tioga as you have listed in your response.

It is near Locke and Moravia (both Cayuga County) and Ithaca (Tompkins
County).

Do you have any Whipple relations from Town of Springport (Union Springs
Village) in
Cayuga County. I believe some of my Knapp family married into the Whipple
family from
Moravia/Locke area and lived there..
