Dear Wilma,
Thanks for posting the list of the surrogates records on the listserv. My
ggg-grandfather was a John Kemp, born in Scipio in 1797. I have no idea who his
parents were, but maybe the John Kemp from your list is his father or other
relative? If you have any information regarding the John Kemp on your list, I'd
really appreciate the help!
