My grandmother's sister Mary Alice MARKS (1883-1958) married Harry
BARRETT (1879-1954) about 1902.
They are buried in Soule Cemetery in Sennett. They had two children
Janet (1907-1987) and Ruth (1909-2004).

If I've found the correct Harry BARRETT in the 1900 Census, his parents
were Henry and Anna (???) BARRETT.
The 1900 Census listed Henry birthplace as Canada and his parents' as
France. Anna's birthplace was listed as
England as were her parents.

I also have a MURDOCK in my file, but that's all I know of him. He was
married to Mertice Mildred CHAPPEL (1905-1982).
I only know the surname because its on Mertice's SSDI record. Mertice's
parents (as confirmed by the SS-5) were
Josephine BERRY and Charles CHAPPEL.. Josephine BERRY was the daughter
of Joseph BERRY and Mary
Elizabeth MARKS (my great-grandfather's sister).
