I'm doing a reply to the group in case others are also tracing this line:

Lamey's Auburn Directory 1894

p. 232
Lynch John J, mason, h 17 Perrine
Lynch John P, mason, bds 17 Perrine

You're probably aware of how they're related to each other but just in
case, in my family in a similar listing, the son was listed as the bds
meaning boards there, and the other is head of household

p. 477 Real Estate Directory section
Perrine
17 John Lynch

indicating that he was the owner of the property in 1894

p. 216
Kinsella, William, emp D M O & Co, h 49 Bradford
Kinsella, William, painter, bds 15 Perrine
Kinsella, William T, clerk, 7 Genesee, bds 22 Owasco

p. 282
Osborne D. M. & Co, manufacturers of harvesting machinery, main offices
24 Genesee cor. Mechanic

Real Estate Directory section
p. 458
Bradford
49 William Kinsella
p. 477
15 Perrine
Bridget Kinsella
p. 467
5, 7 Genesee
Patrick Devitt
p. 476
22 Owasco
Jno Kinsella

I haven't seen the "Jno" before so I'm not sure if it's a typo or what
it would be an abbreviation for-there don't seem to be many typos in the
book

p 125
Devitt, Louis H, (P. Devitt & Son), h 61 Seymour
Devitt P & Son (Louis H.), grocers, 7 Genesee
Devitt, Patrick, (P Devitt & Son), h 61 Seymour

If you'd also like a lookup in the 1902 Directory, just let me know
