Dallas 7/29/ 1844-d 11/39/1919 Son of David FOY. Enlisted in CO G 13th
NY H.A
joining his regiment at Portsmouth VA. He did garrison duty until the close
of the war, and was discharged June 22, 1865 on Feb. 15, 1882 he married
to Rose S, daughter of Ansell GOODSPEED and settled on a farm in Randolph.
They had a son, and dau, belonged to the G.A.R, Kennedy. He was assessor
for the town of Randolph many years, He leaves a wife Rose GOODSPEED FOY,
Son Glenn FOY, dau Daisy Foy BENTLEY, 2 brothers, George FOY, of Warren
FOY PA, and Flynn of Mud Creek. 1 sister, Mrs Amy FOY CLARK of Falconer.
Burial in Myrtle Cemetery . Town of Poland, lot 11C
