If he was born in the TOWN of Fredonia,( At home) the birth cert would be
on file with the Fredonia Village Clerk,

I don't have the mailing address, but this phone will work;
BUT if he was born in the city of DUNKIRK, where the Brooks HOSPITAL is, as
were MY kids, I had to get their birth certs, from the DUNKIRK CITY clerk,
at CITY Hall and again no mail add. but here is the CITY CLERK's number;

Most apt to be born in the Brooks hospital,
