I am looking for information on a Gideon Gifford
Born 1789--- Died 1856
Found in Adams,Jefferson county N.Y. in the 1850 census. Also in the 1855 census , town of Champion, Jefferson county. He was living with his wife Ruth and Son Willard , His place of birth is listed as Rensalaer.
He died 1856 and is buried in the honeyville Cemetery, Adams N.Y. I am really having a hard time with this as most of Adams records have been destroyed in fires.
He is listed as an early settler in Adams. Any help with this would greatly be Appreciated. Linda Woerpel
