NY did not require vital records until after 1890. Some townships may have
earlier dates but it varies greatly from town to town. The records if they
exist would be with the Villenova Town Clerk's office.

The clerk is Thelma M. Easterly. She works out of her home but mail sent to
the town hall should get to her.
