Frank S. WILBUR was born July 20, 1862 Chautauqua Co NY, in 1878 he came to McKean Co PA where he engaged in the mercantile business with his brother C A Wilbur. The firm still exists under the name of Wilbur Brothers , They are oli producers at this time owning about 15 wells,
In 1880 he married Miss JESSIE COBB, a daughter of JOHN COBB of Chautauqua Co NY
They have 2 children, Daisy and Lillian.
