Hi

I am looking for the family of Eliphalet Decker who was born 6 Jun 1796 in
Columbia Co. according to early state census returns. He lived most of his
adult life in Steuben Co, Avoca town. He died there 23 Aug 1859.
He married Phebe Tubbs, b. 12 Sep 1797 in Ostego Co, NY; d. 22 Jan 1868 in
Avoca, Steuben Co, NY.

I have most of their descendants if any of you want or need the data. I
would really like to know who his parents were and the family he comes
from.
