Hi Joyce,
I looked in Erma Mae Griffin's book and found a John Person who came from
Coeymans, Albany Co. in 1800. His wife was Elizabeth Tipple. Their dau.
married Jonas More and they had nine children. John Person built the first
gristmill in Pleasant Valley. Is this part of your family?
