I am looking for information on a milk creamery that was located in
Trout Creek, Delaware County N.Y., in the early decades of this century.
I heard that it burned down and a newer one was build, but am not sure
of this. I have some old receipts that say Trout Creek Creamery, and are
signed by a John Teed. I am researching the Teed family from this area
and would be interested in the history of the creamery, its present
status, and any links of the creamery to the Teed family.

I would also be interested in any type of information (especially
personal recollections) of the NILES-TEED families living in and around
Trout Creek prior to WWII.
