Thank you, Susan, for the information on Stephan Judd. I keep hoping one day I
will really be able to prove my Anna Judd line. I have read pieces and parts
of the Judd book but unfortunately it doesn't cover these more recent lines.

Anna married Homer Hakes - there is a little information in the HAKES
GENEALOGY book about them. He died suddenly in 1854 so nothing more was
written. As a matter of fact they both died suddenly in 1854 and left their
youngest daughter an orphan.

Oh well - this is all part of tracing one's ancestors!! Makes the "hunt" fun
and frustrating at the same time.
