List buddies,

To put this in some perspective, does anyone think that in 215 years anyone
will want to slap a historical marker on the commercial monstrosities that
are replacing the finely crafted buildings such as this?

In this day of throw away families, architecture, and heritage, twenty year
old stadia and office complexes are considered obsolete and bulldozed so
that some fatcat can get a bigger, better, grander temple to the sports or
business gods at taxpayers expense.
