Hello All ...

When anyone has trouble loading a page on the Delaware website, I would
like to know the exact URL so that I can check out possible problems at
this end.

There are over 900 html files on the site, some of which are VERY large.
There are 15 that run between 200 and 872 kb (that's BIG). There are 63
that run between 100 and 200. All the rest run between 51 and 100 kb.

The only time I freeze up is when visiting a website that contains java
script or is a cold fusion markup site - and in those instances it seems
if I try to back up too quickly the problem occurs. The Delaware website
is so simply coded that there should be no reason for a freezeup to
occur.

Please always write me and send URL when any sort of problem occurs.
