Hi everyone!

Here's a description of a Deed that is for sale on eBay. The current price
is $7.00, but it says that you can Buy Now for $10.00. (I found this as I
was searching eBay - I have nothing to do with this sale.) Here's the
description:

Large 16 1/2 by 10 deed dated 1849 between Edwin J. SMITH and wife Charlotte
and Sheldon GRISWOLD. I believe that Sheldon GRISWOLD was b 1798 in Delhi NY
and d 1872. He m Betsey LOCKWOOD HANFORD b 1797, dau of Levi and Mary MEAD
LOCKWOOD.. Sheldon and Betsey had a son Walter b 1823 who m Ann Elizabeth
THACHER. Penmanship is exceptionally nice. For house and lot in the village
of Delhi. Mentions canal and factory pond and the race way. Signed on reverse
by the Smiths. Staining a a few separations, but basically in decent shape.
Buyer to pay $1.00 S/H. MA residents add 5% sales tax. Thanks for looking:>)
