Valerie,

Im not sure which Scottish Festival you are talking about. The only one I am
familiar with is the 2nd Scottish Festival put on by the First Presbyterian
Church in Delhi.

I am sorry to say that you missed it already...it was held on the weekend of
June 9th and 10th. I do not know if they plan to make this an annual event
or have one every other year, but you could probably contact them for
further information in the future.
