Ann,
From having a number of books, living there for many years, having roots
many generations deep, I can honestly say there is about a 0% chance there
was a State prision in Delaware County. The Anti Rent men after a quick and
maybe sham trial were sent to Sing Sing down in Westchester County. Attica
is a newer one, the one at Auburn is quite old, there is another up north
and so on...
