There was an Elma Delamater, 7, in Colchester in the 1930 census. Since
Cooks Falls is in Colchester, she is very likely the Alma in the photo.

Of note, PLEASE, as I sent this out I forgot to add one small note. I am
not
100% certain that 'Alma DeLamater' is in fact a woman. If I am in error, I
do apologize. I was making this assumption on name only. Thank you! Kind
regards, Tamara Sanford

WWII Photo of PFC Alma DeLamater, Cooks Falls, NY
Item number: 2290250924
The photograph isn't correct in description as I noted/emailed to seller.
The description as I read this evening, the seller was assuming the man in
the
photograph with 3+ stripes on his arms was in fact PFC Alma DeLamater. I
notified seller letting them first know this is incorrect because a PFC has
only 1
stripe so that would leave the woman although rank insignia on her uniform
isn't visible.
Kind regards, Tamara Sanford
