Hello All !

Just made a few updates to the website. Queries, Announcements,
Historian's List, Comments page, and Lookup page. Roberta Inglet has
volunteered to do lookups for those researching families in Walton and
Delhi. Thank you Roberta!

I hope to continue with the website tomorrow. Notice that I am also
gradually (VERY GRADUALLY) upgrading the coding to HTML 4.01 with CSS!
Hurray - about time ..... completed 5 pages (the 3 comments' pages, the
homepage and contents page - only 2,453 to go...... J.
