Aside from my first mental leap from Wilcox to 7th day baptists, I took a shot
at familysearch.org, found this FWIW:

I was intrigued at that file calling the wife/mother a doctor. Josh Parker was
still about a generation later than my Dolly but could indicate a family
tradition. George Wilcox was from/of Delaware Co, NY?
