In yesterdays Daily Star and still there today under the News column is an
article about Timothy and Lille Bennett who lived at Delhi, they were freed
slaves from Fairfield Conn. and leased land on the Back River Road near
Delhi. They raised a family and lived there for many years.


It's an interesting article, the family of today is coming back to visit the
area and an old cemetery has been found on this farm with many of the early
family interred there.
