we sometimes drive up to that area, so if we do, we will stop in the cemetery and take a picture of the stone if you'd like.? I also think there is a website where you can check out the cemetery listing at www.findagrave.com

I'm not sure when we might make a trip there, but it should be sometime before the winter weather sets in.

Does anyone know if Prospect Hill cemetery in Sidney,NY has an index of burials in it?? Also, I would like to contact the cemetery to find information on an ancestor buried there but I don't seem to able to find a contact number. The person I am trying to locate is Alfred Hauschild, buried around 1924.? Thank you for any help or suggestions.

According to the book Etched in Stone by Shirley Goerlich Alfred A. Hauschild is buried in Section D of Prospect Hill Cemetery.? 1889-1924.? No further information is given regarding Alfred.? There is a cemetery association for Prospect Hill, maybe if you called the village clerks office they would be able to tell you who to call to be able to get more information on the association.
