Seeking any info on Danish emigrant Lauritz Rasmussen, a cobbler who arrived in NY in the early 1800's. I have a photo of him from a professional photographer in Poughkeepsie. Lauritz was born 30 June, 1863 in Denmark. After living a while in the Poughkeepsie area, he married and settled in Carlstadt NJ. Thanks.
