Linda, Vital records in for the city of Poughkeepsie are at City Hall, pobox 300 Pough.,NY 12601. Phone 845-451-4202 or 4203. It's a recording that has info on other numbers and fees. I was told by the county clerks office, if someone is born or dies at St Francis Hospital, it is the Town of Pough that has the records at Town Hall, Overrocker Rd, Pough, NY 12603. However if it occured at Vassar Hospital, the City Hall address has the info. By the way, I checked up in the Obit files at the library in Pough from 1900-1949 and didn't find Seth listed. But the gentleman that compiles this data has been known to make errors. Hope this helps. Terry
