Well, much of Delaware county was Ulster county prior to 1797. My
ancestors lived in Colchester, Ulster county at the time the county was
formed, and all of a suddedn they were in Colchester, Delaware county.

So, Rombout in Ulster county could be correct depending on the date of
death.
