I have just subscribed to this list, and wanted to post my enquiries.

I am researching my grandmothers paternal side,,,

The names im researching are:

DAVIS, LEWIS AND WIFE LAWERENCE, MIRIAM.

three of htere children were born in Dutchess County. is all i know,
and the family went to Canada

The 3 children born in Dutchess ounty are

Robert abt 1796
Richard abt 1795
Cornelius 5 april 1799

would love to hear form anyone researching this surname.

Also are there any good sites for Dutchess county that i could
check out.
