There may be a connection between Wealthy and William, but I am not aware of it. William BARBER had resided in the Philipstown area, which later became part of Putnam County. His daughters married Garrisons, Meeks, and Brewers from that area. These families, as well as William, then migrated to the Finger Lakes Region. Some of the married daughters later moved to PA. Does any of this fit with your findings?
