I have a great-great grandfather and grandmother buried in Westminster Presbyterian Churchyard, Salt Point, Pleasant Valley, NY. I presume this is in Dutchess County.

Can someone please explain "Salt Point" and "Pleasant Valley" for me?
Are they both town names, or is one a township?
