I am searching for information on the Crapsers of Northern Dutchess Counties and Southern Columbia. My 2nd great grandfather, John Alva Crapser (born 1838) married Mary Jane Churchill (born 1842) in 1862 in Hyde Park, NY (Dutchess County).

I trace my line through their son, Edwin Burnes Crapser (born 4/23/1880 Wurtenburg, Dutchess Co., NY). Edwin worked at the Hoyt Estate in Staatsburg, NY.

Any information on the Crapser pedigree would be greatly appreciated.
