Looking for information, especially the names of parents and siblings, if any, on Norman Mors(e), born about 1820-21. He married Julia Smalley, daughter of Harrison and Millie (Permilia) Smalley, before 1853. They had one daughter, Cornelia (also called Delia), born about 1853. Norman died 12 Jul 1859 and is buried in Second Kent Baptist Churchyard, Kent, Putnam County. In 1850, Norman is living in East Fishkill, Dutchess County, NY, with Jacob and Catherine Tompkins and their two children. Is Catherine Norman's sister? Julia Smalley Morse died 17 May 1863 and is buried with Norman. In 1870, daughter Cornelia/Delia is living with Jackson White and his wife,and what appears to be their two children as well as two Smalley girls (cousins?) in Kent, Putnam County, NY. Any information on Norman Mors(e) appreciated. My Morse line "dead ends" here in Dutchess County and am looking for leads. Thank you!
