Nancy,

Ginny has done yeoman work and deserves great credit. Unfortunately you did
NOT see the date of the message - 1968, There used to be a historian and
Ginny is showing us that there was. Let's hope that she has stirred up
these Dutchess County Executives to appoint one now.
