I also have a Hunt/Burch connection: Sibyl Hunt married Ebenezer Burch, though I don't know when or where. They were apparently living in Northeast, Dutchess County by 1800 if not before (there is some information indicating that Ebenezer came from Stonington, CT), and had children Minerva, Marietta, Rachel, Melissa, Telemachus, Joshua, James and Deborah. Some of the family later migrated to Chautauqua county. I have been trying to find out more about both Sibyl's and Ebenezer's ancestry. Does any of this fit with your line?
