I may have a lead for you. I've been working on Vantines for years and one particular family in Albany county has been a dead end.

I found in the will of Abram Phentine a Hannah Connelly of Milan. He died in Aug of 1837.

Proved and Recorded 6 Oct 1837 as a will
10 Aug 1834, Leah Phentine, executrix
Abram Phentine , late of Rensselaerville, decd.
Will dated 6 Mar 1828

Abraham Phentine, Jr., of Broome in Schoharie
Elizabeth Brownell of Stratford, Montgomery
Catharine Allen of Easton, Washington
