Regarding Judson HUSTED and Maude HUSTED mentioned in the 1909 Deed.
There is a Judson HUSTED and a Maude HUSTEDburied in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery adj. to the Presb. Church in Pleasant Valley according to a listing in Vol 14 of "The Dutchess" the quarterly publication of the Dutchess County Gen. Society. This listing come from Cemetery Records and includes listings not included in Old Gravestones of Dutchess as well as perhaps some individuals who may not have monuments/markers.
