Hi,
re Crum Elbow <http://tinyurl.com/tswt2>: This now refers to the
bend in the river -- Hudson, that is! There was a Crum Elbow Meeting
burial ground, listed here
<http://www.rootsweb.com/%7Enydutche/cems/crumelbo.htm>, but I'm not
sure where it is/was. Perhaps somewhere along Crum Elbow Rd
<http://tinyurl.com/ubvfy>, a/k/a CR 41, east from the East Park light
-- traffic, that is!
re NEHGS: As a member myself, I can only say: Yes, worth the
expense. Each issue of their Register always seems to have something
relevant to my research, and they have quite a collection of stuff
online for members' use. I initially joined for the discount on their
11-CD collection of back issues of the Register, and have kept it up.
re plain text: The new server software seems to handle other formats
well. I usually use combined plain text/html and it sorts it out.
re Crum Elbow (again): I found the Crum Elbow Meeting house
<http://tinyurl.com/yy7g9m> and graveyard on No. Quaker Lane, east of
Crum Elbow Rd.

Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being
