While perusing the Barbour list for Greenwich as found on freepages (my efforts to buy the book have notr met with success), I casme across the following:

John Hobby, born c. 1693, Greenwich, Connecticut
I have a John Hobby in mt database, brother of Martha Hobby, a direct ancestor. My questions and reconstruction of the family of John Hobby from Barbour alone is as follows:

Did John HOBBY marry HANNAH MEAD? According to Barbour, a John HOBBY married a Hannah MEAD on March 16, 1716/17. Children said to be born of JOHN and HANNAH:

John, son John & Hannah, b Jan 18, 1717/18
Hannah, dau John & Hannah, b Nov 19, 1720
Rebecca, dau John & Hannah, b Mare 30, 1721
Thomas, son John & hannah, b Jan 6, 1722/23
Sarah, dau John & Hannah, b Dec 25, 1724
Rachall, dau John & Hannah, b Dec 21, 1726
Susana, dau John & Hannah, b Feb 7, 1728
Martha, dau John & Hannah, b Jan 12 1730/31

This fits naming pattern to be this John Hobby: First two children named for parents, John and Hannah. Next two named for his parents, Thomas & Rebecca. No more sons, but next daughter Sarah, so presumptively Hannah Mead had a mother named Sarah.
Can anyone verify the above and/or supply the name of Hannah's parents if the information appears to be correct? Any help would be appreciated.
