Differ all you like: it doesn't work for all email-client/user-agent
combinations, e.g. it does /not/ work with Netscape Email and FireFox.
Only the first part of the URL is placed in the FireFox address input area.

As it turns out, the first part of the URL works, i.e. the part ending:
&URL=Military
The remainder of the URL, beginning "%2fcollections.aspx..." seems to
be superfluous.

Just a happy accident.
It's still best to encode long URLs with TinyURL.
