it is always a good thing to give full citiing WITH each contribution.your
previous explanation was perfect...but I think sould be attached to this
contribution as well..

ditto for a-n-y-o-n-e that sends info to the list from a document for
without it, it is hearsay...
and especially if you are replying to a request with data.recondirm
whowhatwherewhen so the data can be retrieved at a later date by others..

just like in those old termpaper footnoting techniques..
