A cousin--from my Hawkins-Greek-Sawyer-Crouch line-- presented me with
several pictures copied from his grandmother's album and which included
several tin-types which seem to have had a Bath origin. Two of the
pictures were of Indian subjects; one apparently a chief, from the
headdress annd pose; the other was of three maidens, all in native
dress, and beautiful to behold. Is there a reference where I might
identify the particular tribe from the dress/locale of these subjects?
Might I send an expert copies to help with the identification? Ed
