WOOD PADDOCK RUDES

I am posting my interests, as I am new to this list. I’d love to hear from anyone researching these families.

I’ve just started on this line, but so far I have Silas Wood and his wife Almina. Silas may be the son of Daniel Wood born in Connecticut and his wife Mary. Silas was born in New York in 1806 and died in Philadelphia, Jefferson Co., NY in 1884. Almina lived from 1811 to 1887. She may be the daughter of Jeremiah Rudes and his wife Sarah.

Silas and Almina Wood had the following children that I have found so far: Sidney, Jason, Sarah, Permelia, William, Aseneth, and Silas (Relly). It seems likely that all the children were born in Philadelphia. I am descended from Aseneth Wood, who married Wilson Paddock, son of Nathan Paddock and Rachel Allen.
