I have been working on some old documents (mortgages) and am having problems reading a couple of names.

Does anyone know who was the Superintendent Court Commissioner in 1839, was it Robert Lansing?

And in 1843 Daniel Clark was County Deputy of something. Does anyone know what he was Deputy of?
