I've used the Kings County Probate Index (LDS Film 0883522) and have found some entries that I'd like to research further. I've been stumped, though, trying to find the records that are mentioned in the index. Could someone help me figure out where to look?

For example, I found an entry for John H. Colahan. Administration. Nov 14, 1871. Letters Vol 21 Page 389. Bonds Vol 37 Page 96.

I looked in volumes 21 and 37 of the probate records (LDS Film 877115) but didn't find any info relating to this individual.

Thanks in advance for any guidance you can give me!
