Dear List,
I have been periodically posting to NY lists about problems at Cypress Hills Cemetery and the unsavory receiver management under Brooklyn Judge Huttner and his attorney friends Garry and Ludwig. I know I sounded like a broken record, but...finally, vindication, sort of.

I hope you will find the following links interesting on the state investigation into
the receivership and the huge amounts of money paid out. The story just broke
this week. So if you were wondering why Cypress Hills looked so forlorn, it's because hundreds of thousands of dollars went out to the managers and attorneys.

The cemetery is supposed to have an election in January to return it to a board
of lot owners, but the receivership is running its own slate of candidates.
Judge Huttner is overseeing it...and he has vowed not to resign despite the allegations against him.
