I don't know if you have the 1930 Census entry for Loius and May, but they are in ED 873, Sheet 6A.

They were both listed as being 21 years old, and 21 years old at first marriage and the census date was 7 April 1930. So, you'd need to search marriage records from April 1930 backwards.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints runs genealogy libraries all around the world, and they provide microfilmed indexes of Kings County marriage licenses. They have a web site where you can find a Family History Center near you, where you can go and do research. Their web address is:

If you don't have access to view the 1930 Census, let me know and I will send you a transcription.
