Hi, Deb. If I were looking for the marriage date and/or Ourania's maiden name (are those your objectives?), I would start by getting a copy of her SS-5, Application for Social Security, which will list both of her parents' full names, her place/date of birth, her employer (if any) and her residence address at the time she applied for an SSN.

Also procure a copy of her obituary. Using the death date from the Social Security Death Index record (below), try contacting a Brooklyn library to request an obit lookup; this might also provide a marriage date/place.
